What we collect from creators

Your application
Your name, email, channel link, the games you cover and where you post. We use it to review your channel and reply to you.
Your channel, through YouTube
Your channel's name and ID, its subscriber, view and video counts, and the views on videos you post with us. We only read, through YouTube API Services, to confirm the channel is yours and to show studios how their own videos did.
Your plan and payments
Your plan, your invoices and whether they're paid. Stripe handles your card, so we never see the full number.
Your videos and links
Your style, your game mix, the videos we make for you and the links you paste after posting. We use them to make and deliver your videos.
What you send us
Messages and suggestions, the reference video for a custom template, and your own video ideas on Partner.

For everyone

Why we use it
To run the service you signed up for, to keep accounts safe and stop fraud, and to keep the records tax law asks for. We send news only if you ask for it. We never sell your data and never use it for ads.
Who helps us
Service providers that take payments, host the site and store files, handle sign-in, send our emails, and help our team edit, set up so they never train on your data. When you connect a channel, YouTube API Services and Google handle its data. Each gets only what it needs for its job, under a contract with us. Ask us, and we'll tell you the names of the companies that received your data.
YouTube and Google
We use YouTube API Services, and connecting your channel means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. What Google does with your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove our access any time on the Google security settings page, and ask us to delete what we stored. We refresh or delete YouTube data at least every 30 days, and delete it within 7 days when you ask.
Where it's kept
On servers in the United States, in Türkiye, where our team works, and in other countries where our providers work. When data from the EU or UK leaves those regions, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. After you close it, we delete your data within 30 days, except billing records, which we keep as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it, and we reply within 30 days. People in the EU and UK can also complain to their data protection authority. California residents have the same rights, and we never sell or share personal data.
Cookies
Only the ones that keep you signed in. No ad or tracking cookies, so there's nothing to accept, and our visitor counts don't use cookies. We don't track you across other sites, so a browser's Do Not Track signal changes nothing here.
Age
Our service is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Keeping it safe
Encrypted connections, 2-step sign-in for everyone who approves videos, and access only for the team members who need it. If a breach affects you, we tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here and email you before it applies.

What we collect from studios

Your team
Names and work emails of the people who order and approve, with their sign-in and 2-step data.
Checking your studio
Your domain, your Steam page, a DNS record or an agency's letter. We use it only to confirm you hold the rights to the game.
Your brief
Your game's details, store pages, dates and rules, and your answer about AI. Your AI answer stays private: only our review team sees it.
Keys and material
Used only to make your videos. Files stay locked until your embargo and are never shared outside your campaign. We delete them 30 days after the campaign ends, unless you ask us to keep them.
Billing
Your company name, billing address and VAT number, through Stripe or our invoices.
Approvals and results
Your approvals, your change notes and the numbers in your report.
