The rules, in plain words

The short version of our terms. Choose your side to see the rules that apply to you.

For creators

Joining
Apply, and we review your channel by hand. You must be 18 or older. Once you're accepted, you connect it with the Google account that owns it, which proves it's yours.
Your game mix
70% of your videos come from the available games you pick and 30% from the campaign basket you choose. The list changes with campaigns, so no particular game is promised.
Games made with AI
Every game shows our AI note, written after we review the studio's private answer. You can leave AI games out, and your basket follows that choice.
How many videos
Starter brings one video a day and Pro two. Extras are $2 each, one at a time or in bundles. They keep the 70/30 mix and depend on how many unique ideas your games still have.
Your plan renews monthly
Your plan renews every month at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. We email you before any price change, and you can say no.
Cancel any time
Cancel online in your portal, in two clicks. Nothing more is charged, and your videos keep coming until the end of the month you paid for. If you're in the EU or UK and cancel within 14 days of joining, you pay only for the videos delivered by then.
One video, one channel
Every video is made once and goes to your channel only. Our ledger keeps a fingerprint of every file, so a copy can always be traced.
Posting
Post each video only on your channel, as it is. On sponsored videos, keep the studio's store link and lines in the description.
Labels, video by video
Every game and every video shows its label before you post. Videos we edit from your own footage carry no label from us. When a studio gave us a key, the video says so on screen, so keep that line. Campaign videos need the platform's paid label: paid promotion on YouTube, branded content on TikTok, paid partnership on Instagram, #ad on X.
Embargoes
Sponsored files unlock a few hours before the embargo so you can schedule them. Never post before it lifts.
Keys and rewards
A key goes to one channel, under the studio's rules. If you make your own video with a key a studio sent you, say so inside that video. Giveaways follow each platform's rules.
Partner
Big channels can send their own video ideas, propose how they want to work with us, and agree their own rate and terms. Partner channels can also be chosen for on-camera work for studios.
Tell us anything

For game studios

Who can order
Only a game's rights holder, or an agency with a signed letter from them. We verify a work email on your domain, the domain against your Steam page, and 2-step sign-in for everyone who approves videos.
We review every game
Before you pay, our team reviews your game: its description, store pages and website, and your AI answer. We can turn down any campaign, and you pay nothing if we do.
AI in your game
Tell us whether and where you used generative AI. Your answer isn't published. Our team uses it to decide whether we take the campaign, and how we tell creators and viewers about AI.
One video, one channel
Every video in your pack is made once and goes to one channel, so each audience sees a different moment of your game.
Positive by design
We never make videos that mock or criticize your game, and comparisons stay positive or neutral.
Labels
Every video made for your campaign carries each platform's paid label, as the platforms and the FTC require. A video made with a key you sent, outside a campaign, says so on screen.
Review on Silver and Gold
Nothing is posted before it's approved. Each draft gets up to two revision rounds, and each new version comes back within 48 hours. A draft you don't act on is approved automatically after 72 hours, unless you chose in your order to hold drafts. On Bronze, we check every video and post it without a studio review.
Review deadline
Drafts arrive about 5 days before launch on Silver and 6 days on Gold. Each is approved automatically 72 hours after it arrives, or when your review closes 3 days before launch, whichever comes first, unless you approve it, ask for a change or turn it down. If you opt out of automatic approval in your order, drafts you haven't approved by then miss launch day: they go out once you approve them, and the pack counts as delivered.
How many videos
Packs hold 15 videos on Bronze, 25 on Silver, 50 on Gold and 100 or more on Platinum. We estimate how many unique videos your game can carry, and you add more in blocks of 10 or 25, up to the estimate: $10 a video on Bronze, $20 on Silver and $40 on Gold. We never pad a pack with repeats.
Payment, tax and refunds
You pay after we approve your game, by card or by invoice. Prices are in US dollars before tax, and sales tax or VAT is added where it applies. If your game carries fewer videos than you paid for, we refund the difference.
Comparisons
Only in the areas you tick, and only with the games you allow.
Store links and lines
On Silver, your store link goes into every description, tracked per video. On Gold and Platinum, so do the lines you need. We fit them to the way each platform allows.
Your material
Send anything you like. You confirm we may use it in videos about the game, on the platforms in your campaign.
Platinum
No price list, let's talk. Tell us what you need, real creators on camera included, and we propose a plan and a price.
If your date moves
Tell us as soon as you know. The schedule moves with it, and every file stays locked until the new embargo.

For a whole pack to be ready the day you launch, this is how early we need your key. Bronze has no fixed launch-day time.
